RETURN POLICIES & PROCEEDURES
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. To do so, please go to our online Support portal and submit a ticket for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns received without an RMA number will be slowed down and possibly denied.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must include tags and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Software is NON-Returnable
- The packaging and label should have our RMA number clearly marked on it.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Login to our online Support portal using your username & password
Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
You will be able to track the progress of your return in our online support system
How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit
Typically, you will see your refund within 14 business days from the time you ship the product back. This allows time in transit, making sure that everything is as it’s supposed to be, and accounting and processing time. Most refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of product and will be much faster. If you’ve purchased the product using our Six Months same as cash option, only the amount that you’ve paid, less any applicable sales tax, will be refunded.
